The company I work for used them because we were using a competitor and they came by and charged us over $300 to come out and tell us the scale doesn’t work but Bob from Mountain Scales Inc came out and was about to sell us a scale based on the other company saying it doesn’t work but Bob took the time to check our outlet and found that the outlet of our old scale was attached to didn’t have power and plugged it into another outlet and it worked!! I would recommend them on their knowledge and customer service!! He went above and beyond what he had to do and saved our company from spending that extra money when the scale we had still worked!!
